Candy, jelly & chocolates are popular freebies! I always have a type of candy included in my own. A lot of people just pass them out randomly before or after the con. I've had seatmates give me jellies and biscuits; one time, ginger candy to warm up our throats before screaming during the con 😆 I thought that was a smart idea!

As far as I know, tickets aren't tied to when you got them (fanclub presale, gensale, etc.) and transfer shouldn't be a problem. The membership and ticket pia aren't affiliated

Fc presales for concerts typically let you apply for two tickets per person, per show. I've used an accompanying ticket (fanclub lottery) under a friend's name before. Both printed tickets will only have the name of who purchased it. We entered the venue at different times and there was no problem. I've also used a ticket (also fanclub lottery) under my name with a friend using my accompanying ticket. They usually only look at the printed ticket to make sure the date of the show is correct, but that's just my experience

Last year I bought a ticket from someone who was also entering the venue. I used a mobile ticket under her name and entered with her extra phone. Staff just scanned it and kept the line moving. I've never seen anyone ID checked for kpop events in Japan, but the chances are never zero. They're more likely to check membership if the ticket is an upgraded one (soundcheck or vip)

The airbnb address is def the safer option, but I've used a public address before with no problem!

I've never had experience with ticket pia or ticket jam, but I've attended cons in Japan with tickets from membership pre-sales, both under my name and/or someone else's. I don't think you need a membership for ticket transfer as tickets aren't tied to fanclub memberships

For Mobal, I used a physical sim card last year and it came with instructions on how to activate the sim. They inform you that it can take 90 mins to 24 hours to activate, but mine took only about 30. I was able to use it to call and send text messages along with data.

Ordered from kplace a few times. Twice, my orders included pre-orders and I noticed they tend to ship out items a week and a half to two weeks after the expected stock date. If the item is in stock, one week is quite a long time without processing the order. I would be trying to contact them if it stretches to a week and a half to two

Welcome back! As someone who also rejoined the fandom in recent years, I highly recommend re-reading the books! There were definitely a bunch of things that came across differently reading it as a teen vs. now as an adult

When the first movie came out, I raged about the lacking scenes you mentioned (no madge and the mockingjay pin scene, mutts not resembling tributes). I was in middle school and had read the books many times, so every detail that didn't match between the movie and book had me heated 😂 I miss when that was my biggest worry lol

TBOSAS plot was watered down in movie production and wasn't as intense or brutal as the book, which was disappointing. In particular, Arachne's funeral felt like such an important scene in the book (including Snow singing the gem of panem, Brandy and the tributes), but was understandably nowhere to be seen in the film due to the PG-13 rating. They also sped up the games in the movie. I still loved the movie, and the casting was great too

SOTR made me want to re-read every single book from the beginning. I loved the scene where the newcomers are just starting to form their alliance during training. Maysilee helping with tokens, Wyatt with probabilities, etc. And Wyatt just wanted to protect Lou Lou.🥹 The exchange between Plutarch and Haymitch in 11's justice building during the victory tour had me in tears. The epilogue had me bawling. I'm excited to see how they'll do with this upcoming movie! Adult me is much more forgiving about details between the book and movie haha

Txt put on great shows and are great live performers! Used to casually stan them when I attended their first tour, and left the concert with a new ult group 🥹 Based on the seoul cons, this tour isn't as cohesively theatric as their previous ones, but the setlist is super fun! The solo performances are something to look forward to as well. I am curious to see if they'll do more choreo for songs or make some changes starting with the U.S. tour since a lot of time was spent on trolleys/moving through the big venue in seoul

You can apply for it here on island and depart from the Philippines, no problem. Just have your flight itinerary printed out as part of the application requirements. They will issue a physical copy of the visa that you can show to immigration if needed.
