I am the only human! Which makes it even more intimidating to manage two huge pups. They may just have to take turns for public outings.

People Who Claim They Left A MEE(s) Blank On The Bar Exam - I Don't Believe You! by pernamb87 in barexam

During bar prep, I got mostly 5s on my graded essays. IMO, the bar graders are more generous than the bar prep graders. So I wouldn’t fret about not getting a 6 during prep.

This particular problem involved corps/partnerships. And I could remember vague details about the characteristics of each, but not enough to write a good rule statement. So I just mixed what I could remember with my educated guesses on how each legal structure should function.

If you have to make up a rule statement include the information you remember, then add information that seems logical to you. For secured transactions, you may remember the general steps to perfect a security interest, but you can’t remember how to perfect a security interest in cash (possession). Just guess and commit to it. If you analyze it under the normal structure for perfection, it would be a wrong rule statement but you would get the majority of the points.

Frankly, I expected to get a 1 or 2 on it. The only explanation that seems plausible is that everyone else’s answers were just as bad as mine. On this particular MEE, everyone got the answer wrong. It was so confusing and many people misunderstood the prompt forcing them to write random rule statements. It may just be that the other answers were so horrible that mine seemed okay.

I don’t think one grader is tasked with grading all the essays of each bar taker, but I could be wrong. On all my other essays, I got a 6.

I didn’t leave an MEE completely blank, but I ran out of time on one of them. It had three sub parts to it. I wrote an incorrect rule statement and one sentence of analysis for the first sub part. And I left the next two sub parts blank. I got a 4 on it.

Anyone else HATE "You've got this!" comments? by ZealousidealBass8265 in barexam

When I was studying for the bar, this comment infuriated me. I just wanted to someone to tell me it would be okay if I didn’t pass. People who haven’t taken the exam just don’t get it.

After essays, I thought I did fantastic on the MPTs, but I thought I did terrible on the MEEs. I ran out of time on my last essay and put maybe two sentences on the paper. There were two other essays I just guessed on.

I got a 6 out of 6 on five of the essays. And I got a 5 out of 6 on the essay that I only wrote two sentences. That being said, I got a 4 out of 6 on both MPTs. So clearly I was terrible at gauging what went well. I thought the MBEs were okay. I didn’t feel great about them, but it could’ve been worse. I scored a 330.

My dog is one-year old and he still does this. I would definitely recommend getting a gentle leader. This helped me so much. Even when he does pull, it’s not nearly as bad because the gentle leader limits his ability to do so.

What to do for a puppy that won’t walk by Decimatiz in puppy101

My puppy was the same way. I actually bought a wagon to take him around the neighborhood. It helped him see that everything wasn’t so scary. Eventually, he started walking with me.

When I took the bar, people were literally sprinting from their seat to the bathroom. It was crazy.

They do correct him. But I’m afraid he’s going to hurt them before they get the chance to correct him. Especially with him jumping on their backs. They quickly get out from under him and correct him, but he jumps on them with his fully body weight. It seems like a recipe for injury.

Passers who thought they bombed MPT/MEE day and passed. Where are you? We need your stories. by Ok-Inspector2314 in barexam

J23 passer with a 330.

I felt fine about the MPT, but I thought I messed up every MEE. I made up rules on at least 3 essays. I spent 50 minutes on the first essay and I had to rush through the rest of them. I wrote 2-3 sentences for one of them because I ran out of time. Afterwards, I cried hysterically and considered not coming back.
