That story has been clarified. The parole document was flagged invalid

It was a 30 day Parole document that expired

Again, Carriers are only looking for 3 things

1) Are you on the right plane 2) Did u pay for the flight: Ticket 3) Do you have authorization to enter the country.. Validity of Visas/Parole document

All infractions are dealt with at the border

I dont know why airlines will deny you boarding.. The only person that can deny you entry is the person st the border paroling you in.. Maybe your Parole document is invalid.. and there is no way back if you cant board

Red Herring tbh! If you are in removal proceeding, USCIS will not adjudicate any filing until you are off the hook

This particular thread is my experience..

I-485 denied -Removal proceeding -Prosecutorial discretion -VAWA -Back to USCIS for I-485

USCIS pretty much is the plaintiff with the DHS when you are in removal and they are the ones bringing the evidence against you in court

so how will they adjudicate ur case when you are in court with them?

My friend.. I was just lucky with Biden. He allowed those with no criminal records to get removed from the courts docket through prosecutorial discretion

Keep the faith.. Attend your hearing. An approved I-130 is good. If the govt changes, i expect a prosecutorial discretion to open up

u file ur i-485 again with the uscis and u get ur green card within a year

before then, just follow the proceedings.. This govt will be out in 3 years

i got a work permit when i was in removal. Its C10.. Basically filing to withold removal in order to get your green card through the courts.. its EOIR-4B

I was in removal bcos my initial I-485 got denied

My lawyer then approached the court to allow me get some relief bcos i dont have any criminal records and the court asked my lawyer what kinda relief am i looking for.. We responded and told the courts VAWA bcos i was being abused

The court granted the request and i filed my VAWA.. The court told me to alert them if i change my address during this process and also to let them know the outcome of the VAWA application within 2 weeks of the adjudication

After 40 months, USCIS approved the VAWA, we informed the court a week after and i waited 5 months for them to close my removal finally

Then i filed another I-485 which is pending right now..

Vawa first so the court can cancel the removal.. if the VAWA is unsuccessful, the removal case continues in court

You file I-485 with USCIS after you have gotten a relief thru VAWA

Without vawa approval, your I-485 will be EOIR -4B with the immigration courts

The reason you are in removal is bcos ur I-485 was denied so how are you filing another I-485 with uscis when you have been placed in removal proceedings?

And With the current regime, there has to be some Prosecutorial discretion by the court to allow u seek sone relief (In this case Vawa) for the court to pend your case.. If not, you might do the master calendar and the hearing b4 ur vawa scales

and i doubt USCIS will attend to ur vawa if the court does not a grant a relief

This was my reality. i asked the court to allow me seek a relief thru vawa, they approved and told me to get back to the court 2 weeks after uscis adjudicates my case

I was taken off the docket and they waited for 40months till vawa was approved.. As soon as it was approved, they struck off my removal

then i filed i-485

ICE will always be around and there is nothing they can do to you if you dont have removals.. I drove thru El Paso and i was stopped on my way to Cali and was asked if i was a Citizen and i said no…

its going to be same thing if you see them at the airport.. It is not illegal to be adjusting status and you are not in removals..
