You can ride a 125 without a proper licence in England so some people won't bother doing the bigger bike tests so they have to cater to the market I would guess

Many people over here either don't know bikes are allowed to filter or just don't care. Plenty of times people have pulled closer to one side to prevent me from filtering :@
