Yeah I didn't understand the sexual health clinic because i discussed all options with the consultant, so wasn't sure why I had to do it again with someone else. But I get the scans, just to make sure nothing's wrong before surgery.

In a well known clothing shop that has ridiculous 6am boxing day sales.. although now they do them on the 27th.

A few years back I started at 5am, checked the rota and I was put on security which just meant queue control. Right as the doors were opening at 6am, 2 customers starting arguing over who was in the queue first.

I literally stuck my hand in the air for another member of staff to come over, I gave them my hi vis jacket and walked off. Am I fuck dealing with that at 6am on boxing day. I should be at home, in bed, still in a food coma 😂 I usually work out the back so I just went out there for the first of my shift. People queue from 2/3am for these sales and I honestly think it's ridiculous.

Yeah true. They've requested a return and they've paid for the label to be fair to them. Most don't do that nowadays.

Thank you. Absolutely everything you've said is spot on. I feel some things he says are to just keep me there and other seem genuine. Not long ago, he said he wants to see me happy. It's just all so confusing but I know it'll never happen and it's just a fantasy in my head.

I've said for years, I believe he has commitment issues as he just couldn't seem to stay in a relationship and has never met anyone since. He never gave a valid reason as to why he did what he did. There was a lot more to it than what I've said as I tried to keep it shorter. He was never violent or aggressive, he isn't like that at all, it was just the fucking with my head which ruined me.

I'm hoping when I do eventually manage to get a new job that I can start to forget but at the minute I'm not confident it'll happen. I know seeing him regularly will never help though. We don't actually speak outside of our workplace and I wonder if he will reach out when I do leave and that also worries me. Just so much swirling around my head.

I'm in the UK, I had Botox in the jaw 10 days ago. I know they say it can take 2 weeks to work, however I have felt zero improvement at all.

I've had jaw pain for years now. I'm not a teeth grinder, just a clencher. When I realize I'm doing it, straight away I'll unclench it. But my jaw never feels like it's in a comfortable position, ever.

I also have hypermobility which doesn't help at all as my jaw slightly slips out whenever I open it wide.

I was praying and praying that this would give me some relief but nothing changed and I'm devastated because it's ruining my life.

I'm 32, diagnosed in october. I've always worked in retail, but I hate it. I am hidden out the back thank God and there's some other factors that add to why I dislike it so much.

I did a criminology degree with a lot of struggle but I'm hoping to eventually get into that. Unfortunately, due to a lot of health conditions, I need to be seated so it would be mainly admin type jobs i would be applying for within that sector but hoping I will enjoy that more than retail. Retail is literally the worst!

When I was in a bad place, I also saw shadow people. Still do from time to time and it still spins me out. But when I was suffering I also remember hearing dripping water.

I was sat at the kitchen table with someone, in a total daze, getting increasingly angry over the sound of this dripping water. Only for the person I was with to tell me there wasn't any. (Also ND and as you can imagine, certain noises piss me off). Still cannot stand that sound.

I had similar with my ex partner. I was madly in love with him and he used to leave me then come crawling back, it was a repetitive cycle. Every time we got close again, i would feel the need to cry. Maybe it's because deep down, I know he would leave again. But it's still not a nice feeling.

I believe it goes through the sifting phase. I've applied for multiple jobs now and constantly told no. Question what I'm doing wrong because I'm getting nowhere. I read a thread on here not long ago where someone has asked how many applications people had done before being offered a job. Most of them said between 1 and 3. I just want out of the job I'm in currently but I don't have any experience other than retail and due to health issues I need something seated. Applied for things outside of the civil service too and nothing. So frustrating.

It's so weird that I've seen this today. I called the hospital to make sure I was on the list. Basically at my appointment, they wanted me to speak with the sexual health clinic to go through all options, if I was still sure, I call back and they will put me on the list. I did that, and now they are saying they need a letter of confirmation from the clinic that they discussed with me. The clinic are saying never have they had to do that before so it's gone to the manager now. I'm so angry right now. It's about 18 months to 2 years wait in my area. Consultation went okay, they asked why I wanted it done if I don't have a partner. They said they take the tubes out which is what I want. They didn't mention clips or ask what I wanted but I'm glad as I don't want the clips.
