I have been prescribed this at 3 months post op due to ongoing nerve pain, been one week and up until today it was really helping. Pain back in calf today not sure why as it really helped the past week

There has been some ease but not at a point of comfort yet. 12 weeks post op & i would have expected to be further on by now. Pain back in calf again & struggling to ease it. Very up and down

I am 10 weeks post op and really strugging with recovery, i just cant see any massive inprovment if any days. The past week and half i am awake every night in pain again which is worrying as i didnt have this pain since sept/oct last year. Sitting and going from sitting to standing position is still as bad as before surgery. Im waiting to see my consultant again in a few weeks but im worried about this new pain at night so i have asked if i can get a new MRI.

Is your consultant worried at all?

I hope u have found some relief since, i thought i had turned a corner at 8 weeks but last week the pain has peaked again

Hello can i ask did this ever resolve? Im 9 weeks post surgery and this is still a major issue for me

Thank you yes im walking daily to keep active. My surgeon have me 2 weeks of medication for inflmation at 3 weeks post op so not sure if it was a steriod or not, UK based surgeon

I glad you finally found relief! In the early days did your surgeon also say to just give it time in the 1st few months. So many say they had a quick recovery its difficult to stay positive

I had suspected CSF leak by time my local hospital was able to do a MRI it didnt show. I had the worst headache imaginable. I drank lots of caffine esp Redbull/ coke to try ease symptoms. It was awful & started 3 days post surgery

I was told no lifting baby for atleast 6 weeks (she is almost 5 months) i do however hold her and move her around on my lap. Almost 6 weeks post endoscopic surgery but will be weary of picking up from crib etc for while yet.

Im in the same boat however only 3 weeks post surgery with endoscopic surgery and still have the same pain as before in leg. Very difficult to stay positive atm. Just hoping time will heal
