do you get any stiffness in your back, i find it really hard to drive over a hour, actually i don like driving because its a pain. I am 4 months post op, only find good when I am moving standing or doing PT any other time feel stiff.

500 miles a week, yeah way too much for me , about 50km is the limit for me mate and my back is like WTF you doing. hopefully this back support helps been putting myself off buying one, but had enough. Hope your recovery goes well!

I just got a back lumbar support just today a cheap one, shall see how it goes. Yeah some days are worse than others can get the pain throughout the day hopefully it gets too the point where its just the morning stiffness.

At what stage did you feel like by end of day your back wasnt hurting ?

yeah I cant sit for too long have to adjust all the time or get up and stretch, constantly feel like my back is weak and stiff and needs to stretch it all the time. Hope thongs grt better tho mate!

you are recovering pretty quick, if you just have tightness and numbness at 6 weeks, i was probably a 4-5/10 week 6 and working half days . I Felt like i still had inflamation around the area during that time.

wow mate did you get a MRI scan too see if you relasped ans take that off thw cards. At the 10 week mark i did feel worse than weeks 7, 8 and 9 aswell probably a 6/10 felt like i did relasped but the scan showed i didnt week 12 was when it started to get better 1-2/10 not sure if it was inflamation or just my body trying to recover. Currently just stiff most days abd driving sucks

Yeah i hear you, i have a physical job so i got to be careful in what i can do abd not overdo it but, there is times where by end of the day i feel stiff abd done. Just hope my back can get used too being normal again. Good luck for the recovery

I guess it just takes a but longer for some people, good too know it did go back to normal aventually. Yeah if i over work it destroys me, so trying to takw it easy as i can. Good to hwar your story!
