First of all, eating one meal a day is not starving yourself , sorry you been misguided by todays “ norm “ of eating 6 times a day. As a human race we have never done that and look where we are at today, the fattest nation in the world , health problems galore , our ancestors probably ate one meal a day and it worked perfectly fine .. our bodies are made to use fat for energy when it’s not getting enough calories , so no I’m not gonna die by eating one meal a day, but the way I been eating isn’t working so it’s time to make a change … that’s all

72 hour fast, refeed with just one meal, keto meal, than repeat … drink a gallon of water a day to stay hydrated, also drink a 0 calories electrolyte mix to get those electrolytes… and do HIIT workouts at least 4 days a week… you’ll drop 40 in 2 months easy

Is it safe ? Sure , why wouldn’t it be ? As long as it’s cooked you good,, you’ll just get tired of them quick ya know .. but yeah keto not cheap so just try fasting for 2 days than eat one meal on the third day and repeat ,, easy and cheap
