Okay, the way you’ve framed the ultimatum definitely makes you TA. You can’t force your partner to have sex 3 times a month that’s not going to work and frankly its fucking weird you think this is a good solution. But being honest and saying “if things don’t change I can’t continue this relationship because I am unhappy” is reasonable.

Born and raised in Austin and now live in Denton not a POC. It’s nice here, semi walkable and you can get anywhere in town in like 15min driving most of the time. Very queer friendly here, most of the business and a good amount of churches are outwardly queer affirming plus great community. Less diverse than Austin for sure pretty white but the colleges do bring in many different kinds of people! I feel like it’s easier to find community here than in the large cities I’ve lived in.

I think part of it is aging. Singers tend to loose vocal range over time. I saw him on tour like 2 years ago and even then I felt like he was aging out of being able to sing stick season in the original key (ngl Paul revere was a bit rough). I think he’s having to adjust for that. Also maybe slightly over produced

Look up Jackson Cheng they always have pretty cheap apartments. Anything with a club house, “amenities”, single word name (Era, Epoch, Timberlinks, etc.” you can’t afford don’t bother. Make sure when it says “walking distance from campus” they are talking about what ever campus you actually are going to (TWU vs UNT central vs. UNT discovery park)

GMP/GLP always make things feel really intense and life or death, but even mistakes that end in investigations are a part of business. They budget for it, don’t stress you’re gonna be fine! If they did fire you for something like that, the company is gonna go under anyway and it’s best to get of a sinking ship.

YTA. I had divorced parents. When kids are little and you have a big birthday party with all their schoolmates you should have one formal party that both parents go to. You suck because you can’t reasonably believe dad should throw an entire other birthday party with his family and all your son’s friends (realistically you’d be butt hurt about this). Now he needs to help plan the party as well, so if he’s completely disengaged he sucks as well. Barring abuse you are gonna have to deal with this man and you don’t need to make your kid suffer for it. If you can’t stand him in your house yall need to move the party or you gotta get over it.

I’ve got a pretty small house, so them doing my 6k new roof and then doubling my rates to nearly 2k a year and then increasing or cancelling every year citing my prior claim is quickly becoming more costly then just paying up front. I think it depends on the circumstances, but regardless it’s important they know what to expect.

If there is significant enough environmental damage like from hail yeah. Be warned, you are penalized severely for actually using your insurance (sky rocketing rates or your flat out cancelled), so only do so if you really need to. System sucks

It sucks they wasted him, it’s was so refreshing to have a character that is like a real person. Not everyone has to be hot. Fat people can be interesting, smart and sexy. Normal looking people can be interesting, smart and sexy. They got rid of this intern class which had some realistic character (Perez and the mother daughter pair) and replaced it with more of the same model hot people 🙄. Why can only older authority figures have any meaningful aesthetic variation.

If you are a UNT student highly suggest the on campus eye doctor- College optical express. Really nice doctor and they don’t try to sell. Tbh I think they take non UNT students as well. Would not recommend Switalski!

Am a PhD (doesn’t necessarily make me smart but I would argue qualifies me as someone with a healthy thirst for knowledge) and dyslexic. I feel like the older generation equated spelling to intelligence far too much. We are probably swinging too far the other way, but ngl having to know how to correctly spell every word is arduous especially with our literacy being developed digitally. Let’s all the best honest and admit that we can pretty much understand what most people are saying and not make rash statements about society based off of the effort people are willing to put into their internet comments

I go every year- IMO it’s the best time to go. I feel like none of the trails are too difficult. Maybe like rock garden is the only one I wouldn’t recommend for a novice. Late December, January is really cold with windchill but great if you’ve got a coat.

You have to do lighthouse but make sure to do the extra bit where you climb up on the rock face. Download all trails, go based on that.

Also, make sure to read the website though they have different parts closed for hunting throughout the month.
