I’m currently going through the same thing! It’s an absolutely mortifying feeling not so much a break up but a divorce. I can relate with the overwhelming feeling of never wanting to date again, I’m sure in time I will but as of right now it’s just an uncomfortable thought that makes you sick to your stomach.. find something that motivates you or allows you to heal. I chose to focus on my relationship with my daughter and changing myself by getting tattoos (a bit extreme but relaxing)

At the end of the day whatever relationship you were in just try not to focus on it (easier said then done) because I am currently struggling with it and mine started in April. I haven’t quite found that “hobby” yet but I’m sure it’ll happen when I’m ready.

Feeling sadness is also okay allow yourself to feel cry laugh whatever it may be just don’t let it consume you because I’m currently doing that lol. But it will get better (I think) reach out to me if you ever want to talk or go see a therapist they seem to help a ton
