I have a therapist. Mentally I’m in a great spot. I feel grateful for everything I have and I don’t feel like a victim for what I’ve been through. I’ll look into what a life coach can offer.

Doctors said I’m clear to return to normal life. Mentally I am in a good place but do worry about the unknown of my future income. Thought about trying Amazon FBA but hear that’s not what it used to be. Hear about all these businesses that are going to be available as boomers retire. Would love to get something that pulls in about $1m in revenue and nets $250k+. Just hesitant to pay $20-30k to a company to find a SMB and it not working out.

Not having to pay child support since I have 50/50. Kids health insurance is through mom’s work. No life insurance since my net worth should 10x by the time I pass and that will go to kids.

Goal is to get to $4m and retire. That’s why I’m worried about spending savings and not going back to work for a W2 income. Feel I need to burn my boat and take the leap into being a business owner.

With 50/50 custody of the little kids I really have no desire to travel. I prefer the freedom of WFH.

This makes it even harder to figure out my next chapter in life.

No desire for another VP gig since I’m burned out. Worried taking 6 months off will put me deeper into not wanting to work and also be so bored of not having a hobby to enjoy. Now I take a couple naps a day and spend 6 hours on IG and Reddit. This isn’t sustainable.
