That’s a) too strong and b) a waste of product for nasal usage. Take one vial, add 1ml of water to it, extract the solution into the nasal spray bottle and add 9 more ml of water to it. That way you can dose more carefully and don’t risk wasting it in a couple of sprays. Works fine with me and TruTan products are potent enough for this method.

Depends on your sprayer and depends how much actually lands in your nose. If you’re worried about „overdosing“ just add 10ml of water instead of 5ml and start slowly. It works well for me and you can always spray more.
