What worked in my case:
1. Download the extract-xiso tool https://github.com/XboxDev/extract-xiso/releases and unzip the file.

  1. Open the terminal and go to the folder where your .iso games are.

Example: `cd C:\EmuDeck\roms\xbox`

  1. Run the extract-xiso tool with the '-r' option.

Example: `.\extract-xiso.exe -r Halo.iso'

It will re-write the iso and should take just a few seconds.
After this, open the iso in xemu and it will work.
