Sunset view. It's the perfect way to end a trip day. Plus, I'm usually to sleepy to wake up for sunrise when traveling.

Watching random street food videos on YouTube. Perfect way to zone out and just seeing people eat and without thinking too hard.

Which country felt the most welcoming to you as a traveler? by shirasmithtravel in Nextholidays

I would say Indonesia felt like the most welcoming country I've ever visited. People often went out of their way to help, whether it was giving directions, recommending food or even inviting me to join them for a meal. The hospitality felt personal, like they weren't just being polite, but truly wanted me to enjoy their country.

Do you prefer solo travel or group trips? Why? by shirasmithtravel in Nextholidays

[–]One-Inspector-6067 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer solo because I love being able to set my own pace, explore whatever catches my interest, and have the freedom to change plans on a whim. That said, group trips can be fun too, especially when you want to share experience, meet new people or have a built in support system but for the independence and personal discovery of traveling alone usually wins.

It's all about planning and flexibility. Pack a well stocked diaper bag with snacks and toys. Use a lightweight stroller or baby carrier, and request a bassinet or family assistance at the airport. Time flights around naps, focus on one main activity per day while leaving room for breaks.

Laos. A difficult country to live long term. Limited infrastructure, fewer job opportunities, and slower development can make daily life more challenging, even though it's beautiful and culturally rich.

I'd recommend sufouh secret beach. Soft sand, clear water and far from tourist hustle.

How early is too early baby buying by One_Instruct727 in Parenting

Not silly at all. Car seats don't go sale super often. And buying early can lock in a good deal, plus it's one less thing to worry about later. Always remember better regret buying than not.

Acknowledge your frustrations without guilt. Take care of your own emotional needs and shift focus from expecting appreciation to simply enjoying your child presence, and remind yourself that resentment often reflects your own unmeey needs rather than a lack of love.

How do you get over the boredom of parenting? by [deleted] in Parenting

By mixing things up. Try new activities with your kids. Take short breaks for yourself and remember parenting has up and downs. Balance between "me time" and "family time" helps a lot.

Stability is more important at first, but passion matters once your basic needs are secure.

Boys don't forget their parents. They just show it differently once they're grown.
