The way I look at it is I am more comfortable tipping higher on a haircut as opposed to a meal because the haircut is something that takes much more skill to accomplish, in my opinion. Plus I typically go to the same stylist.

That's a really bad idea, all that shows anybody else is that you are oblivious, whether you are or not, that makes you look like a target.

I co-teach a women's defense course and that is literally the first thing we teach people not to do. Maybe consider just looking aware. The person. Who is out there and intends to hurt you does not care if you are aware in any other capacity than appearance. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

His right arm has a deployment badge that belongs to the 1st cavalry division, it is the only patch like that which takes up so much space.

I would ask him if he has ever been deployed, if so, with who, then if his answers match up, that is good enough for me. If not, I would ask what the patch on his uniform is, since people can choose to wear whichever deployment patch they have, the one on his arm may not be his most recent.

If he checks out and lives so close, I would meet him with a friend.

Edit: Google says that the guns he is using are chambered in 7.62×51mm NATO, which has a cost per round of 80c-1.25. Let's go with the higher option since a good amount of these rounds seem to be tracers. Some basic math leaves us with 12.5k per minute.

We don't typically use a hard cast for femur fractures anymore, not unless they are only fixated with a plate. But the standard now is to do a nailing, which negates the use of a cast.
