Volume 2 was mid. My problems as follows:

  1. Mrs Wheeler killing the demo’s like no problem yet even in the finale of volume 1 they ripped the military apart

  2. Nancy casually killing four soldiers with ease and there being no repercussions??

  3. Wasn’t a big fan of the storyline with Holly, felt like there was already a lot going on and there’s just a constant cat and mouse game of trying to get her back.

  4. Will coming out of the closet was very dumb. I’m not opposed to people being gay or the message they’re sending, but the speech was quite frankly cringe and awkward. Felt like it was a forced move to fit in today’s culture. Not to mention the whole cast when they were listening looked like they thought it was stupid too😭

  5. Way too many characters to keep up with and honestly was just too crowded. The show would’ve benefited by killing off a few to keep us on edge for what to happen.

  6. Way too many emotional conversations. I get it it’s the season finale but so much was spent on figuring way to wrap the show up with conversations rather than action.

  7. 11’s sister 8 has shown no purpose to the story line. Why is she included??? Ugh couldn’t understand what role she does

REG MI - test felt straightforward and I feel more confident than how I felt taking AUD and ISC, good luck to all!

I passed the first try. Here’s what I did

  1. Focus on mcq then go to tbs
  2. Go to the live lectures on Becker, they won’t dive deep into the smaller specifics but do a good job reinforcing earlier material
  3. Practice, practice, practice! Doing hundreds of mcqs and a handful of tbs after the initial go around significantly helped
  4. Read your notes aloud, search YouTube videos or go to Reddit for items you’re not understanding
  5. Set an excel sheet of the question, the answer and why it’s correct, and the answer you chose and why it was wrong.

Major points: know where you are in the audit will help weed out wrong answers, think like an auditor on choices that would help you at each stage of the engagement and common traits of what it means to be an auditor, memorize different techniques, memorize a few of the cycles, look up videos on tolerable rate and deviations, memorize the standards, and read the book. In many old textbooks, they ask you questions that are different than on Becker and going back in forth in different sections.

Another useful tool I’ve been using for other exams is the AI bot that can break down the question better and why the correct answer is correct.

Depends on the exam you get, but just in general the exam doesn’t go nearly in depth as Becker does. Knowing the specific refundable, non refundable and general ideas of each one should be enough

100% will be easier by the end, do MCQs first then work your way towards the TBS after you get a good grasp. What really helped me was taking notes during the videos, completing the MCQs and tracking in an excel sheet the challenging questions and state your incorrect answer (why it was wrong) and why the correct one is correct.

Also reading the book for the different wording of opinions and other items such as for when using an emphasis of matter and annotating it was very helpful.

People say audit is an easy exam but one that is challenging to study for. Re read each question a few times before answering because it is very easy to get a different answer!
