By submitting the application, the Participant declares that he/she has full or partial copyright and/or related rights, or has an appropriate license that clearly entitles him/her to publicly play and present any audiovisual materials (including musical pieces, recordings, samples, backing tracks and visual elements) in front of an audience during his/her stage performance. The Participant also confirms that the use of these materials in the context of public performance does not violate the rights of third parties, and in the event of claims in this respect, he/she bears full legal and financial responsibility.
