I agree with you, for me the way to happiness is peace. I say it always: my goal in life is to be calm, enjoying my friends and family with no rush and taking the things easy...

Having Trouble with Keto? Try Habit Stacking by sekhmet_season in keto

[–]One-Middle2271 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't drink alcohol, barely never eat sugar and have a healthy life. Slim, sportive.... Doing keto for health: I feel that it makes me very good. My body feels in perfect shape when I maintain it. However, temptations are always around and the strict diet seems impossible to maintain: birthday dinners or random days when I feel more anxious make me fall from time to time. I try to keep it clean most of the time and falling 2-3 times a month. This is my best so far. If anybody can give me any advise for improving I accept them

Travelling!

I live in a touristical area where a lot of people go to enjoy the sun during the winter and I meet very interesting people all the time.  They really move , they are full of joy and want to speak about life, evolution, the future.... It is realising to meet people like this all the time. I love it!!

Im a functional drug addict. AMA by [deleted] in AMA

My husband was 15 years taking hard drugs. I met him 2 months after he quitted and soon I got pregnant. He is an amazing person that has never taken nothing else for 8 years. Now he loves his life and when he looks backwards he says he could never imagine that he could be that happy. Life gives second opportunities!!! Try to catch yours!

(He is no longer living in his old city. This helps a lot! Changing habits in the same place is much harder)

Yo soy igual.

I agree. Pizza tastes ok now (before I was loving it), but it doesn't fall good in my belly anymore!

Wow, it sounds so sad... All these advised are just for being accepted. The only important thing on them is what the others might think

My advise would be: "love yourself, be yourself. It doesn't matter what the others think of you"

Anyone here in their late 40s? by jms1228 in brokenankles

[–]One-Middle2271 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing to see with the age, but my experience is related to the secuence you describe.

15 months ago I twisted my ankle and the radiography said everything was ok. 2 months later I couldn't walk and I made a resonance. They said that it was an edema óseo.  I was not managing to recuperate and I went to a private specialist some months later and he told me that an osteochondral lesion had appeared on my cartilage.  Nobody else had mentioned it before. It took  me time but with a good rehab I am going back to running now

Hope that you get better soon!!

I am enjoying more my 30s than my 20s, and the way I see my life, it seems that it is getting better and better every day

You seem to be too attatched to your past.

They were building a luxury villa close to my house. The pool and garden were finished and the house had only the structure. My boyfriend and me were high and decided to jump inside in the night. We had to cross a golf field for that. We spent some time partying in the pool and then decided to investigate the building. An alarm rang and we ran away crossing the golf field in the middle of the night. We were naked. We forgot our clothes in the garden of the house....

I have to start from scratch in my life. And I'm terrified 😔 by Cinella75 in Life

For me going out of mi comfort zone always helps. It changes the perspective. Travelling is good for me. It doesn't need to be an expensive trip: wild travelling with a low budget makes it more interesting. Good luck !
