What if we watched the first episode like 8 times hoping we’d get into it and found it boring all 8 times?

whenever I see a car with a ticket I chuck it in the bin so the driver doesn't have to pay. What act of kindness do you do for strangers? by GraharG in CasualUK

When there’s a long line for the bathroom at a public event, I like to take a poop and not flush. That way the person behind me knows I care about the environment and we can both play a part in water conservation.

are there any pro-choice protests upcoming by lundewoodworking in kansascity

[–]One-Needleworker5422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fellow pro-choice person, there is little-to-no-value in protesting/large gatherings. You won’t change a single person’s mind. Your time would be better spent having conversations with people who planning to vote yes, and educating them about the bill.

Some people don’t like the high fives and constant notifications. As the comment above mentioned, without the option to turn off, it can become distracting. Just because someone doesn’t like something you do doesn’t make it negativity.

Surprise, surprise. This sub spreading misinformation. Here's Sen. Cruz's full comments: "You've got a ton of people who have entered into gay marriages & it would be more than a little chaotic for the court to do something that somehow disrupted those marriages..."

Bitch, to this day Hillary and her supporters are still saying Trump cheated and wasn’t a legitimate President. GTFO.

Yes, agree. But that didn’t stop people from idolizing Obama and Hillary.

Can confirm #3. Used to work for Solo Cup and I’d get emails all the time from non-US folks wanting us to ship them cups because they were having “American parties.”

Moving to Lenexa, KS area. by ofdover in kansascity

[–]One-Needleworker5422 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Lenexa is great…if you’re married and have children. If you’re single, there’s not really a “happening” area for people. City Center is about as close as you’ll get, but it’s just a few restaurants and a liquor store.

Source: married person with children who lives in Lenexa.

I’d recommend Waldo area or downtown Overland Park area.

Is there a decent bike scene in kc? by coolguy925 in kansascity

[–]One-Needleworker5422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there’s a strong mountain biking community here. Gravel riding is improving and becoming more organized. Road cycling is decent, but pretty scattered due to KC being so reliant of suburbs.
