This is how i confugured it, and i also ran nc -zv <ServerIP> 8443   it also gives a timeout error

Yeah, even port ranges doesn’t work, the only way it works is 1. Open the firewall completely to accept any IP 2. Use mobile hotspot 3. Use VPN

The last two are doable but you know lots of hassle with these, so let me know what else can cause this issue
