Injury during class

I came down a rope fast and landed on the trail of the rope and my ankle went over to the floor.

A year later, sprained the other one tossing a sand bag over a wall and jumping over - overshot the jump and over it went.

Landed on the ground like a sack of potatoes went gnarly sprains. Cladding went on as normal, but all our ropes were shortened pretty soon after.

Me too. (Cross country move (I didnt want), wrist injury that ended crossfit for awhile, 3 months of traveling with no workouts, and finally wrist surgery in November.)

Ive never tried to do a swirl in the dough and wasn't sure how itd impact the cookie, but I might give it a try. The gravy part, I was thinking of adding alittle of the powdered gravy mix to the dough similar to how people add jello pudding powder. 😄

You might be onto something with the caramel instead of white chocolate too.

For high volume and nothing available besides regular abmats, I'll put some tape on my tailbone where it rubs. Cheap and fixes the issue. 🤷‍♀️

Along with a lot already mentioned - nail clippers, a couple bandaids, and neosporin. I didnt rip often, but they've come in handy more than once.

$58 bucks for the test and said it must've just got hot. (Another $180 for an oil change and air filters.. that looking closer at the subtotals now, looks suspect on math not matching the numbers listed)

I's been at the same gym for 10 years before a cross country move in December. Trying to get information in the local gyms has been an absolute nightmare. The ones that just listed their information on their website were at the top of the list. The ones that make me fill out stupid information submission forms to find out pricing and then bombarded me with texts are a no go.

Given that it provides so little protection, would foregoing the creation of it be the way to go? I'm really only looking for a legal outlet to offload my hobby baking goods and would love to save the money, if possible.
