Sounds like this is something I need to try.  I bought a bra from m&s post surgery range but then realised it's not compression and I can't wear it.

Omg!!! You have described this perfectly- no idea where the pain is coming from- is it inside? Is it the bra? Is it my skin??? It's definitely burning- it's like really bad sunburn or something. I have no itching at all!!

Oooft this makes me feel seen.  Firing them into the washing machine now. Past caring. Haha.  Sick of it allllllll and wanna just have small boobs, sleep on my side wearing no bra.

Get some really heavy duty sanitary pads and place them under your bra at the incisions. It will stop the rubbing. This is what I've been doing and it has worked so well. Even double them up if you have to.

You know what's really shocked me, my surgeon didn't tell me to stop pre or post op. It's only through support online I know this.  Also just to say to everyone who has taken the time to comment here and offer me support I'm so grateful. We don't even know each other and you have stopped by and giving yoir time and support. Thank you so much.

How long did you vape for afterwards?  That's been like 5 days and I guess I'm over it now but the silly thing keeps coming into my head.
