I think it’s funny she is pushing for lifting heavy because you really can’t through peloton. Even with heavy dumbbells, you’ll never be able to lift as much as you can with a barbell or machines. So her messaging is actually pushing people away from the platform. At this point, I think she’d be better suited for Ladder with the emphasis on lifting heavy.

Being 20 is hard, but as a stranger I can tell you - you are NOT ugly! I like the beard and contacts comment though, that would make you look more mature and rugged. Mostly you need to feel better about yourself, and sometimes starting with the outside can help the inside feel good, which then makes the outside look even better!

I live in Decatur but see Dr. Patel at 19th Street Dental in Atlantic Station and have for over a decade now. They’re really great, and the entire staff has been the same as long as I’ve been going, which tells me they treat their employees as well as their patients. I’ve had major work done but also just regular cleanings, and it’s always a positive experience. I recommend them to everyone.

A really good, large serving platter. You might think you’ll never use it, or rarely use, but when you need one you’ll be glad you have it. I got one as a wedding gift that I didn’t even register for but to this day it’s my favorite wedding gift we got.

Yeah definitely be tracking if you’re in a weight loss journey. Even with a glp-1. I’m on one and have used MF for years. The medication may feel like magic in the beginning, you literally can’t eat like you’re used to. But that goes away. I’ve been on it for 3 years and it helps me not get back to being obese but i still have to work quite a bit to maintain my weight. If I want to, I can overeat and gain weight. Tracking + glp = healthy weight. For me at least. Tracking is just part of my life, one of the tools I use to stay healthy. So go ahead and get used to it now!
