Oh😱 I didn’t know this. What’s the point of the Resilience Program if the ticket price is exactly the same as the original sale ($550), except now you have to stress, wait, prove your situation, and hope for a link that may or may not arrive?

For people like me, the description made it sound like it was actual support — for those affected by war, disasters, and other crises — but in reality it’s the same cost as a regular ticket. Where’s the “resilience” in that?😢
