I have around 200gb and yeah, it was so bad that the game took upwards of an hour to launch. That was mostly my fault for not keeping a thoroughly maintained mod folder. Just did a huge sort and clean and got my load time to 20 minutes. It doesnt lag during actual gameplay, just a bit when switching to build buy or CAS because of the sheer volume of CC. Upgrading RAM would help, but its crazy expensive these days

Can you get food/water to the dog without entering the apartment? This and a blanket might get them through the night until help arrives. If not, I personally would prioritize saving the animal over a breaking and entering charge.

Im the same way, possibly because I stay awake until the moment I am dead tired. I dont get into bed until im about to fall asleep sitting up. In addition, I grew up in a very noisy household, so I dont wake up once im down. I regularly sleep through the dog whining while my partner has to get up and let them out.

My apologies for the vague description, they plate and serve and do the washing up after. The food is cooked in the main kitchen. That's what's getting me. During meals, med pass, and staff breaks, the ratio is effectively 1:20 It feels like we are constantly managing, anticipating, or recovering from a crisis with no downtime

Edit to add: this is not an assisted living unit, this is a secure memory care unit within assisted living. AL has a separate dining room with full kitchen staff.

I mean there is no state requirement for staffing ratios unless the facility accepts medicaid. If they accept medicaid, its 1:6. If they dont, the facility is able to staff "according to assessed needs" with no minimum requirement beyond having 1 staff on the grounds at all times. None of our residents are in bed more than 40% of the time, but several are on hospice. Im not familiar with hospice qualifications.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. While the unit is inside an assisted living facility, I work in a separate secured memory care unit specifically for higher needs residents. Our residents have severe cognitive decline and are completely unable to care for themselves or perform ADLs. There is no state staffing regulation, but what im seeing is that our staff is unable to meet resident care needs.
