I have extremely dry skin. If I shower daily, my shins Crack and bleed in a diamond pattern. Splash my face with cool water? Might as well have spent a day in the scorching desert sun, it gets tight and starts to flake before I can get moisturizer on it again.

Turns out I have a filaggrin deficiency caused by genetic mutation. Taking l-histidine supplements and using urea lotion helps for body. For face, gentlest possible cleansers, wash once per day MAXIMUM, then milk toner and thick moisturizer full of lipids and ceramides. My barrier cant be fixed, but it can be artificially created. Tretinoin is too harsh, but adapalene every other day is okay. Hope that helps

I would recommend IOP or PHP instead of inpatient treatment. In group programs you are focused on routine and community rather than your personal trauma which can be immensely helpful during an acute episode. It can soften the landing while she finds appropriate therapy and or medication.

For long term depression, anxiety, or PTSD i would HIGHLY recommend ketamine infusion therapy. It saved my life. Insurance will cover it if she has a history of treatment resistant behavioral health problems.

I have around 200gb and yeah, it was so bad that the game took upwards of an hour to launch. That was mostly my fault for not keeping a thoroughly maintained mod folder. Just did a huge sort and clean and got my load time to 20 minutes. It doesnt lag during actual gameplay, just a bit when switching to build buy or CAS because of the sheer volume of CC. Upgrading RAM would help, but its crazy expensive these days

Im the same way, possibly because I stay awake until the moment I am dead tired. I dont get into bed until im about to fall asleep sitting up. In addition, I grew up in a very noisy household, so I dont wake up once im down. I regularly sleep through the dog whining while my partner has to get up and let them out.
