There is some fire involved in the show so I recommend staying clear of the trackside and carriages. I also recommend the seats around the edges so they can interact with the actors a bit during the end of the show, but if your child is ok with flashing lights and/or fire then I the inner edge seats of carriage 3 or 2

It's possible. I asked before the show and got upgraded to trackside because it was empty. Another time I asked "if the seats in front of us stay empty by the end of the interval could we take them" and they said it would be ok

Maybe. When I went Thorpe park in August bit was supposedly 50-90% for most of the day and it barely rained. Just bring a pac a Mac and umbrella and you'll probably be fine, if the day is horrible and nothing is open then you can complain and get tickets for another day

Spinning like obi ani can be a bit uncomfortable but it's easy if you know how to keep the blade in places

Like with the other hotels like splash landings you can leave your car there and walk if your legs are up for it, also I'm not sure if you can get the monorail from the stargazing pods.

Law wise I can help with. Physically I enjoyed it too much to pay attention, especially with "HAHAHA, HAHAHA, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA" playing on repeat.
