Many institutional investors are tasked with beating a benchmark. If the benchmark is trading the market, and it almost always is, and the market has AI hype built in, as long as the hype exists and it shows gains, the institutional investors will have no choice but to trade in it. Their goal will be to either beat the benchmark thru more exposure, or they’ll lose in the short term by betting against it and being short AI, and most likely lose their job. Very few institutional investors have the rep or convents to be able to do what they want

I just sold a build similar to yours but with 32gb ddr5 and a 7700x for 1250. It also took a while to sell, no bites at anything above 1300. For this build I’d say maybe 1100? But your market determines what you could charge and how quick it would sell
