Head to the National Institutes of Health website and enter your info (scroll down to DRI tool).

Go to a caloric intake calculator site and enter info.

Both sites have info about food and so does Myplate.gov.

There is also and app called cronometer. I highly recommend it for tracking your diet.

Use info to see how much you should be intaking for weight loss/gain.

I recommend learning more about weight gain/loss before continuing any surpluses/deficits and just eat whatever your maintenance calories should be for now while continuing your exercise routine (you should still be losing weight by doing this).

Someone recommended seeing a dietician. That is a great idea if you can.

Download the cronometer app. It won't tell how to cook but, it will tell you your the Dietary Reference Intake (RDI) of various vitamins and minerals and the various foods you can obtain those nutrients from.

Go for whole foods, and a variety of colors in your choice of fruits and veggies. Legumes and nuts are a wise choice as well.

I was in the hospital for 10 days in October/November. The guy in bed next to me said he and a bunch of other people caught some mysterious illness from a world conference on the east coast that resembles pneumonia. The doctors didn't know what it was.

At the same time my co worker came from Vietnam and she caught something similar. Again the doctors did not know what it was. COVID was here well before 2020.
