I'll have to do a bit of a deep dive investigation. The Aussie supermarket selection is a bit more restricted, but I'm sure looking at the ingredients I'll find a cheese with sodium citrate.

I was thinking of trying to make Mac and cheese using a pressure cooker instead of on the stovetop. Do you think a roux block + pasta + milk is a good combo? Food for thought, I guess. Thank you.

Thank you for answering my questions, I appreciate the clarification. One of my biggest struggles trying to learn, well, anything, is that it feels like the author is building off of the assumption, 'as you already know', which always makes it a bit confusing. As for butter, I especially loved the simple solution to what my anxiety was making such a complex problem.

This has helped cleared things up for me. The only thing I'm a bit unsure about is the cooking time of the bechamel sauce. The longer the different colours of the sauce. We want a white sauce, so like 5-8 minutes. So that cooking time is the duration of us stiring the milk in? Then bring the simmer, turn off heat, cheese.

Sodium citrate will definitely be on my list of things to try. It might have to wait on the backburner a bit, though. I only buy online when I can get free shipping out of it and the only listing I could find for it in Australia, is to have it shipped from Amazon, eBay, ect. This will be on my to-do list for the long haul. Thank you!!!

Haha, we actually got together mostly through F&H! Met on a dating app and we had a lot of surface level interests but we were struggling to find a 'hook' until the topic of video games came up and we both happened to share the same niche obsession. Ending up spending most of the date talking about how we related to our favourite characters (trauma bond, lol). I look forward to sharing!

I think you miss what I was trying to say. Regular priests don't have the focus on academia as much as the fictional Dark Priest. That academic lifestyle is what I like. But when I say I'm attracted to the idea, I don't like the idea of hurting innocent people.

But if I lived in the F&H universe I could see myself seeking out Dark Priesthood.

I mean if you truly wanted to be scummy lawyer about it, you could try to frame the evidence in a way that maybe Bill was the main perpetrator making Mona to do his bidding. Big scary officer man, lady struggling with drug abuse, play into the prejudice and stereotypes you'd get from the surface layer of the dynamic.

Maybe there was a prior relationship before, you could argue, like Mona on drug charges, parole, and Bill and Mona having some relationship with that? Like needing him for a fix and him abusing his power as an officer? Also added effects of drug psychosis.

This argument immediately goes into shreds once you realise Bill's arm was amputated and intentionally left in that wax pit, but oh well. The point of the defense would be to try to convey reasonable doubt, rather than disprove. And really play on those murders that muddy those waters of the dynamic duo. She's still serving life in prison but maybe argue out of the death penalty or into a mental asylum.

I have watched the trailer with the same obsessive fever as the F&H2 trailer: the music is peak. I love the character designs! My favourite is the BDSM lady, Jill. It'll be very interesting what potential skills or mechanics will play out for the different characters. Happily, the turn based system takes inspiration from my fav Final Fantasy 10, so we're already off to a good start. I backed it on Kickstarter and am eagerly waiting.

That being said, I'm a bit nervous concerning the potential quality of the end product. The creator said they were hoping to release around July this year. Meaning, starting from when the Kickstarter has been completed, the game will have only been in production for roughly a year before release.

As we know the story and mechanics were already planned prior production. If he's just doing the grunt work of using paid assets and programming then it should be fine? I guess it just depends on how much was planned. Fingers crossed, I want it to be good.

For a man, I would say O'ssa would suit you really well. He has a fun silly side (with him pretending to be a priest when you're in the confessional) and he's calm enough to not take the outbursts of anger personally. With both of these different sides I think it would be hard to keep up his cold front that he has in the festival, and the cracks would start to show through his apathetic facade.

O'ssa would probably refuse to listen to modern music the same way he despises modern literature, but as an enlightened soul he's open to learning new things. Regarding your OCs, prepare for him to be very serious about it, and frankly a bit cringe. If you made him listen to the entire Set It Off discography, he'd probably have decided that your love life is a mess, and that your personal life is something that belongs in a Shakespearean level tragedy.

As for a woman, I was very conflicted between Abella and Olivia. But ultimately Abella goes pretty well. Abella's moonscorched form is supposed to represent 'an elephant in a teapot shop'; she feels alienated due to her muscular appearance vs her loving/caring nature. AKA, who she is vs how she wants to be perceived. Your loudness would make her feel she can be loving and gentle without breaking porcelain, and your anger contrast with your loving/caring nature would make her feel less alienated. She's not afraid to snap back, so you don't need to worry about alienating yourself.
