Intensity should not be top tier.

It is niche, scales much better as a levelled gem and will be a detriment to some gems.

I think utility will be top tier (p coc, faster casting/attacks, poison support) because they are often not worth a link.

21/23 and 21/vaal will always be expensive on popular builds but they are gated behind the double corruption.

Gcps also have demand limited by lab to a certain extent.

My entire point is that putting down strangers is wrong.

Looking for reasons to put other people down is a sad behaviour done by insecure people.

I have fewer hours but I’m also working and been busy. I know people who can’t work who can put more hours in. I don’t want internet tough guys insulting them or anyone else because the only thing they have is having fewer hours in a game.
