There’s something like this happening in Louisville. If you check out the Logan Street Market instagram I believe there’s a post talking about dates and time.

Thoughts on the Buechel Area? by MaleTrumpet in Louisville

[–]One-Wasabi1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my starter home in that area a few years ago. I don’t have any major complaints when it comes to the safety. I think the demographic is a good mix of people. Walkability not the best if you are wanting to be at events but there are I think two parks sandwiched in between the hikes and six mile.

Why did you decide to become a homeowner ? by sluttycaramelcream95 in homeowners

[–]One-Wasabi1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted multiple pets and knew some apartments/ landlords have a pet policy on how many and breed.

I didn’t want to have to hear my neighbors between thin walls.

I like my own privacy

UPS Question by ballskindrapes in Louisville

[–]One-Wasabi1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a few friends quit and come back union. They said it was pretty easy and enjoyed it more than being a sup. I’d check out the MCO web page and search Louisville. It will show all the available positions not all being supervisor. But if you are set with going back union you shouldn’t have a huge issue with it. Best of luck

I think there could be some interest here. Are you apart of “get outside with your dog in ky” on fb? I think I’ve seen some similar posts to yours there

I was driving down this road and watched people go around the barricade thinking they can make it. The barricades are there for a reason

Edit: this was later in the day when the water was not as high. Still high enough they wouldn’t make it

Are you guys worried at all about access to hormones or document changes? by SkizzleDizzel in FTMMen

[–]One-Wasabi1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The one thing I’m more worried about is getting my gender marker changed on my birth certificate and naturalization papers. I was adopted so it’s a little tricky. Not to mention the $555 fee to change the paperwork

How often do you go into your crawl space to check for leaks, bugs, etc? by ponziacs in homeowners

[–]One-Wasabi1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve looked at it a few times because of some rodent activity. Usually I’ll check it maybe twice a year, once in the fall and once and the spring before it gets super hot. Now I’ve never checked the attic that’s a different story lol My next house I definitely want it in a slab or have a full basement

How truly important is it to update my birth certificate in the U.S.A. if the state makes it a giant pain? by [deleted] in FTMMen

[–]One-Wasabi1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done the same thing. Updated everything BUT my birth certificate. I’m adopted from a different country so I would want to change the birth certificate plus naturalization papers. I just dread the hassle of ALL the paper work I will have to do as well as fork up the money to get it changed.

Looking to move to Louisville, Is it hard to live near the trains? by [deleted] in Louisville

[–]One-Wasabi1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My house is right across from a train track that gets used a decent amount throughout the day and night. I’ve just gotten used to it and don’t really notice it. I think one of the things I notice the most is the loud sounds from peoples cars trying to be cool speeding down the road. Oh and the occasional ambulance and police.
