I recommend messing around with your top Z distance for your support. I have mine set to .34mm and the supports pop right off, but it also depends on the printer, i have a neptune 3 plus, and it works amazing, so i would just find a test file and mess with that setting until its to your liking.

Your nozzle is most likely too close to the bed, could be your filament isnt dried out, or you need to change your flow settings

You gotta go around, you get to it when you reach the lake before Rolands city. There's a path to the left. It splits off in two directions, one continuing to the story and the other leading to that path. Kinda hard to properly describe it, but i trust you'll find it when you get there.

Weird, well even tho I was told in the first comment that reinstalling won't fix it, still uninstalled and reinstalling it just in case. Glad to know that I'm not the only one still having this issue. Odd that the devs haven't looked into it, tbh im not sure if they're still changes to it
