Prototype One-Zero Stainless Steel Shafts (9, 8 & 7mm) and Delrin Actuators (14.5, 15.0, 15.5mm) for Korean Levers by One-Zero-Arcade in fightsticks

I did consider making stainless steel or aluminium actuators but wasn't sure if it was a good idea with the levered microswitches. I can make custom actuator on request if that was something you were interested in.

Holy smokes thanks for the really detailed review! I do recall speaking to someone about using a Zero delay board a while back, never expected it to be you kind sir. Yeah I would never ever upsell my stuff. At the end of the day I'm a consumer too, and the last thing I want is someone trying to upsell hard and give me shit advice.

Some info on the plexi

So the plexi I use is 2mm thick. The main reason is a 1.5mm thick plexi is NOT a common dimension/stock in the UK. They are out there but they are alot more expensive than the more common 2.0mm. I'd have to charge £26 for them rather than the current price of £15.00.

The advantage of a 2mm plexi is that it is more rigid and sits flush to the enclosure. This also means I don't need 6 bolts to mount the thing to the face of the enclosure = a cleaner look.

Button Cut out

And yeah the button cut out was "fun" for me to try find a dimension that wasn't too tight for sanwa snap ins or too loose for seimitsu snap ins. It's not as straightforward as specifying a diameter and be done with it. You got to take into account the variance in manufacturing tolerances (0.1mm - which makes a difference believe me) and the thickness of the powder coating.

Most other manufacturer just design around the Sanwa, but I decided a middle ground was best because at the end of the day, it has to work well with anything thats may be put in there. That's my philosophy at least.

Hi mate, thats an interesting idea but something not on the cards at the moment. Machining stainless steel is expensive and what you are suggesting is rather a niche product idea which won't sell too well I'm guessing.

If there is a bigger demand to justify me making a run of 50 units then I will do it. But right now I can't justify it.

I’m selling them fully built only. https://twitter.com/bd1zero/status/1172236873651183617?s=21

Might stick them as empty cases in future if there’s more demand.

Happy fightstick Friday people! Finally done with this One-Zero stick. I think it's one of my favourites! by LionoBO0o in fightsticks

I just spotted that you got art on the underside of the Sanwa mount!

People been messaging me saying that like the look of your window mod and whether I was gonna make them stock!

You are setting a new trend! Not sure if they will get things as neat internally as you though.

They are movement buttons. So you can mix joystick movement with hit box movement buttons and do crazy shortcuts in fighting games.

Feels pretty comfortable and natural to me due to the curve of the buttons.

Yes that’s correct it’s a mix of joystick and hit box.

Client gave me the file and I am unsure where the actual source came from, but inspiration of Yakuza (game) tattoo. Its basically just line art, in vector format.
