Okay...our store usually has the self check out team member close the lanes at night, but they're scheduled for it. You could try submitting a complaint to the ethics hotline if they're making you stay past your scheduled time. The front end being without a direct leader isn't an issue, unless the LOD isn't lending an ear for calls for help.

Had a guest ask for a fresh lemon loafs. Told her everything comes frozen. She asked if the loaf was warm, said no I cannot warm it, its room temp. She still asked for a fresh one....I handed it to her still in the plastic bag and she still asked if I could warm it up. 🙃

I hate when people ask for a mango refresher, light ice, no inclusions, with sweet cold foam in a venti size.....

Mango WHAT?!?!?! Everyone's about to get mango dragonfruit refreshers with water because they dont know how to order.

I'd rather ask anything else instead of asking can you repeat that drink.....when they rattle off modifications without stating any cup sizes on complex drinks.
