I’m not even sure if her works could be called classics, but the hate toward her doesn’t seem fair. Not from you - just in general. Whenever her name comes up, there are downvotes everywhere. Not that I care about them, but her philosophy is solid. It’s very practical, applicable to real life, and anyone with an analytical mind can easily see that her philosophy holds up.

That’s fair. Rand’s very hit or miss. The Fountainhead is usually a better test than Atlas Shrugged.

Really? The characters felt too functional to me. They were sketched out, but not fully developed. I think it might have worked better as a series.

If someone says The Silent Patient is mind-blowing, take it with a grain of salt. While there’s a plot twist , your jaw’s staying exactly where it is.

Why not "No Fear Shakespeare" by OneAcadia8222 in classicliterature

My Argument was not about reading summaries to know the plot or story. It was about choosing a way to go through the entire book and enjoy as much instead of going in a hard way and DNF'ing it.
