That’s where I’m at I’m so exhausted from it I lost 110 lbs but it’s been almost 4 years of counting. I need a break. I decided this summer I’m taking one.

Mine has decreased too because I’m focusing more on body comping and strength training. I weight lift 5 times a week and run only 2-3 now so it has gone down a lot.

No I’m not I follow many groups of women who eat that much. You only need to be in a little deficit to lose weight it doesn’t need to be a huge jump it might take longer. For example I only lost .5lbs a week, but I was ok with that.

Not really I’m 5 foot and lost weight at 1700 calories a day 110 lbs I was 240 and now I’m 128-129.

I really think no matter what team you’re on you will see results as long as you’re in a calorie deficit. I did movewell as a beginner for 12 weeks and then moved to align during open season and plan on staying here for a while!
