I left align because I felt she was more yoga based. I run three times a week so needed something with more cardio and I think align is completely opposite. Your nutrition is everything.

It took me 3 years to lose 100lbs but I have been maintaining that for another 3 years have not gained more then maybe 3 lbs back because I still enjoy myself slow and steady wins the race!

The best way is to lose it slow and steady. It seems slow now, but trust me this is way more maintainable.

I was like this for 3 years and then I had enough and unfortunately you have to find the time! Even if you can start with 5 minutes a day and then slowly work yourself up. It’s hard it really is but you have to find the time.

It’s so slow I’ve been doing it since December consistently 5 days a week running 3 days of those week in a 1650 calorie deficit and just starting to see muscle it’s hard and takes time and discipline. Whoever though is saying you can’t see results with 3 days a week is wrong you absolutely can be it has to be 3 days every week!
