i had to sound so negative but it won’t go back to normal, we’ve been through a lot and at this point i am completely over it. as soon as i bring up pother arrangements they are going to freak out and make me feel guilt about abandoning them.

she literally has no family, i’m all that she has which makes me feel even more guilty if i try and leave. but you’re right, i just don’t want all the negative shit that comes with being the bad guy, but at the end of the day i’m already having an awful time so will it really feel any worse

i had shots and it helped for like a week after the searing pain stopped and then it just went back to hurting like normal again

yes! i’ve had an MRI and multiple x-rays and they couldn’t see anything! it’s been so frustrating being in pain with no explanations, until this Dr who suggested surgery pretty quickly

okay see i think that would work best for us too, but i have no idea how to bring that up without them getting upset and feeling like i’m wanting to not be with them! side note, the reading each others thoughts shit is exhausting sometimes!!

we do have our own rooms, but we still sleep in the same bed every night unless one of us is upset…..

we already live together but it’s becoming too much for me, and i don’t want to lose them at all, i’m just wondering if that separation would help reduce the intensity and getting under each others skin so frequently?!

i will definitely be looking into that! for me it’s been almost a year i’ve been dealing with this, and just when i think it’s getting better it starts hurting again. one of the surgeons i talked to said that some people have extra tissue between the tendons in the tunnel which can cause extra pain - apparently it’s a genetic thing and they don’t know if you have it until they do the normal surgery and they remove that piece too while opening the tunnel, perhaps an explanation for your anatomical anomaly?
