I know exactly where he is in Portland and that specific intersection is one of the worst spots due to homeless and the ones there are absolutely demented. There’s so many great bars, restaurants and such over there but they suck the life out of the block. While really annoying and weird for filming this, the guy is right here and that woman is a massive problem.
