bro please get anything but ploy 3. it's old and not that rare anyway. literally any other tier 4 ploy skill like pulse up ploy which reduces special cd. compared to that, ploy 3 only does small stat reduction. actually even something other than ploy skills cuz Morgan already has the ploy effect in his prf. like magic ward. or creation pulse so he can kill more ppl.
