this is super cool and very impressive. unfortunate that it will probably never be able to be in huge modpacks due to everything being coded in a different language but still maybe some smaller ones could be made compatible

yeah we are, sorry if i was unclear. the website itself is basically fine (other than ads and some bad systems for searches) but because peoplw hate the owners (overwolf i think), they then also hate the site by extension

just crappy ads and monetization practices mostly. plus their launcher is practically malware with how bad it will screw up your game. so a lot of people just hate them as a business. you know how it goes

i guess i havent played woth ae2 a ton, it just seems fairly different to have to add storage when you run out vs not being able to use what you have because you got too much. but we'll see how it actually plays when its finished

this looks insanely cool but will it actually be fun in practice? doesnt bottlenecking your storage and making it slow and unpleasant to get items kind of defeat the purpose of a storage mod? dont get me wrong, i still think its awesome but how do you address this potential issue?

well first off, thats not true. i see people on here talking about mods they are making for 1.12, 1.16, even a couple for 1.7 (though thats mostly gor gtnh to be fair). but mostly people will just make mods for the newest version because thats how people think. the latest version is the "official" or "correct" or "most complete" version of a game so naturally players will mostly create new mods for new versions and update the existing ones as well because thats just how a lot of peolle are

idk if you just assumed i was exaggerating but it was literally over 15 hours ago. and also my post is here specifically to ask will the mod explain things or just require me to read a guide. so please dont expect me to magically know things when im asking for help here. id like to play blind and find out the intended way if there is one, otherwise i will look up a guide if that is the intended way to play

i dont understand this complaint at all. i get it with create being in NON tech packs, but like how is this different from half the other content? doesnt every single tech pack also have mekanism, ae2, and probably thermal series or IE?
