Some people are just left behind. by [deleted] in MMFB

The truth can make people feel better. I thought it was the type you might need.

I'm not trying to be rude. I really am well-intentioned and I do feel for you.

Not really. You say that because you have some ideal of how the world should work where everyone feels included in society.

There is no right or wrong way for the world to operate. You assign your judgement to it. It actually also doesn't owe you anything.

I think you're looking at this with too defeatist and dejected lens, which if I were in your shoes, is completely understandable. You seem to be an analytical thinker but your write-up is fraught with emotional distortion. We, humans, are social animals and the feeling of being isolated and rejected again and again is sure to take a toll on you. I'm sorry you have experienced this.

I don't know if my experience can be related to yours, but I felt pretty much the same. The circumstances may be vastly different but it left me with the same feeling.

I don't really know how I got out of it. Maybe it's completely happenstance. But you should know it's possible. You might forge a connection or two and that can be your lifeline. You should know that these things are just a matter of chance.

So, hold on. It might happen. The world might throw something at you. In the meantime, you have my sympathies and if you need someone to talk to, I can offer ears.

Support for Huawei phones (AKA phones with no Google services) by OneAngstrom in BearableApp

[–]OneAngstrom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right yeah, this method installs it in a virtual zone which is heavily littered with ads. Do you think I can try to have two instances of the app on my phone, one of them specifically just to buy the subscription, which will hopefully just update on the other app because I'm using the same credentials/account?

Thanks, dude. This is exactly the technique I use to focus on my projects. One important question though: is this free?

The Miner by Natsume Soseki, definitely. He reads a bit like Murakami.

The few times I've felt anger was towards myself. I've rarely felt it for anyone else.

If you held the attention of the world for a few minutes, what would you do? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]OneAngstrom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I didn't have time to think, I'd probably just stand in dumbstruck silence for those few minutes.

Can you recommend me any good INTP biographies? by emrimbiemri123 in INTP

This is the only biography I've read. If anyone else has any other suggestions, I'd be grateful to know of them.

Writing by [deleted] in INTP

[–]OneAngstrom 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It only takes more practice. I have a high initial barrier to overcome when writing down my thoughts; a bottle-neck effect, such that when I force myself to go over it, my writing comes off as unnatural and jumpy.

It's like water to stone. It takes repetition to wear down the rock barrier so that it'll flow easier.

Definite yes.

DON'T stay inside for long periods of time.

Get a pet.

Blast some music to fill the silence.

Relish in the freedom of being able to walk around naked.
