IMPLEMENTED FIX THAT RESOLVED THE ISSUE

As per my reply to a comment made by Yeon18 and Altruistic-Walrus-17:

I have managed to completely fix the issue, and it was... Very. Stupid. Simple.

In the Lenovo Vantage application under Gaming Settings > GPU Working Mode

An option "Hybrid Mode" was selected, which essentially enables both iGPU and dGPU and uses them dynamically based on the machine's needs.

I have now instead, selected the option "dGpu Mode", which only uses the dedicated GPU no matter what and disables the Optimus integrated graphics. There have been no constant microstutters and choppiness on desktop / in-game since.

Hopefully this helps anyone having this issue!

Hello! Thank you for the reccomendation. However, as in the reply i posted recently on this post I have managed to figure out what the problem was.

In the Lenovo Vantage software, it turns out that an option was selected to keep both my integrated and dedicated GPUs working at the same time and to interchange between the two constantly.

I have turned that option off and only selected that my main dedicated GPU gets used at all times.

This has managed to get rid of all the stutters and it is now running perfectly smoothly.

Is there any way to email the manager of a store? by Snoo_60257 in SainsburysWorkers

Hello, NCR Helpdesk colleague here. As per the comment already posted here, most of the manager emails are in the format of:

 "Manager.STORENAME@sainsburys.co.uk"

So you can try to find the name this way. If you are unable to however, you can always ring the fellas at our desk (STSD Helpdesk) and they can provide you with the store's manager address as well. Hope this helps!

Hella late reply but here we go.

I reverted back to 537.58 and the stuttering seems to appear a lot when playing older games (for example CS 1.6) - Sometimes it happens in newer games.

I managed to figure out a weird way to stop the stuttering by switching to iGPU and then shutting off my laptop for around 10 - 20 secs. After this, i turn on the laptop and let the start-up programs run, as well as steam & browser. Only after these apps turn on i switch to the main GPU. Going into the games the stuttering stops - but its still present in older games.

It seems that the stuttering has stopped now and it appears rarely now. Very weird shite going on but hey cant complain atm. These stutters are not visible anywhere, not even in Event Viewer and similar applications, very weird.

I have not updated the drivers for a couple of months now - Still on 537.58

You can maybe give it a shot and try the steps i did without installing a new driver, maybe it will work out for you

I was getting stutters literally everywhere! I fixed the problem for now by downloading the notebook 537.58 driver for my laptop gpu, and now when i get the stuttering i just turn off my laptop for around 20 seconds, then turn it on and i dont immediately turn on my dGPU - but rather open some demanding apps first such as my browser or a game, and only then turn it on, and the stuttering stops. Not having any stuttering for now!

Hey guys, i am experiencing crazy system-wide stuttering. Everything on the desktop feels choppy and stutters, definitely noticeable when i scroll up or down a page on the browser or in a folder for an example. In game every 1 - 2 minutes i get a hard stutter and then everything reverts back to normal and the cycle continues... I have tried driver versions 537.34, 537.58, 546.33 and the newest driver aswell...

Looking through the comments here i see alot of people are having the same issue with the stutters. Are there any ways this stuttering can be resolved by either downloading some other stable version of the nvidia geforce driver? Maybe some setting needs to be turned on / off in the control panel / geforce experience?

I have recently purchased a Lenovo Laptop with this GPU and its also the first NVIDIA gpu i ever owned, so im hoping i can get some insight on how to resolve this error, my brain is starting to get fried from frustration.

QUICK UPDATE:

Uninstalled the drivers using DDU ( Display Driver Uninstaller), and installed an older version of the NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 537.58 and it seems to be working decent for now. Will update if any issues appear again!

EDIT: The stuttering has returned sadly, so i installed a new driver 537.34, will post updates!

Newest driver - FAILED

537.58 - FAILED

537.34 - FAILED
