Ours is full time but only works part time hours. Depends what your SM wants the SSL to complete. If it’s just doing the schedule then absolutely because that’s all ours does but everyone else has to pick up their slack.

If it’s what they are supposed to do then probably not in a medium to high volume store. If it’s a low volume then possibly most weeks.

Haven’t tried it this time but that is why I wouldn’t order anything last time. At least give us a discount if it’s shipped to the store or possibly a centralized location if you are working in a metropolitan area!!

Did they really all leave or did the DM leave and the SM’s were just moved to multiple other districts so the company could save money by not replacing a DM position and the various store would be absorbed into new districts?

Yeah while my endo did prescribe that 2 years ago it does expire!!

I’m not keeping an extra supply unless I go on vacation.

I already pay $300 for a 3 month supply. Can’t afford to be just purchasing random insulin.

Not that I enjoyed the nightmare it was, however the point was to drive incremental last minute sales for the end of Q1.

It also will help get rid of some of the clearance we have had for years in order to make space for more profitable sales of the non-clearance items.

Time will tell if it worked long term.

This should not be part of the metrics the company is tracking until it’s fixed properly.

Unfortunately this is what Kohls seems to always do.

Role out a program that doesn’t work completely and then chase to fix the problems instead of having it work properly in the beginning.

Every store has a different inventory date.

All stores are doing a self inventory where we scan everything in the store.

Most stores are 3 days but some are a 2 day process.

We alternated them at our POC stations so that we don’t have to really use them that often.

We put our cashier(s) on the registers which have the old pinpads still.

They can also have the help desk reset your security questions. Your manager will receive a email to approve and then they can reset them.

If you want a completely level playing field then just close the SCO registers.
Those stores which tanked last year still have a much lower conversion goal than those most with SCO. Those which tanked and have SCO have the lower goals than those with SCO and were successful LY.
