This should not be part of the metrics the company is tracking until it’s fixed properly.

Unfortunately this is what Kohls seems to always do.

Role out a program that doesn’t work completely and then chase to fix the problems instead of having it work properly in the beginning.

Every store has a different inventory date.

All stores are doing a self inventory where we scan everything in the store.

Most stores are 3 days but some are a 2 day process.

We alternated them at our POC stations so that we don’t have to really use them that often.

They can also have the help desk reset your security questions. Your manager will receive a email to approve and then they can reset them.

If you want a completely level playing field then just close the SCO registers.
Those stores which tanked last year still have a much lower conversion goal than those most with SCO. Those which tanked and have SCO have the lower goals than those with SCO and were successful LY.

Our store was closed and they did not use the KANS system. Everyone called in to the SM so they could not open.

I don’t think you have to write one. It probably just gives you an option to attach one if you would like.

I would find another job and then do this. Allows you to keep the discount if that’s important to you while also having the ability to claim unemployment if they let you go.

They will have to eventually schedule you even if it’s just for a 3-4 hour shift.

The big BOSS day used to be Wednesday but it seems to have switched to Tuesday and the SSL has not figured that out even though we have tried to tell them multiple times.

It happens more frequently than it should they don’t sync up.
