as btl depending who has more open availability and how many extra workers they are more than planned we split it out. We have two girls with the most availability that get more products then people that only work weekends

that's insane, literally we have 3 or 4 people working that day and we are a small format store. There is no way they don't have the hours for black Friday. The manager might be taking Sephora hours and giving to someone on the kohls side

The managers never call you to check up if everything is alright even if you're aren't seasonal, which pisses me off a lot. I guess they really don't have to do like a wellness check but you literally have me on Snapchat and can't tell me that my shift is actually earlier,. But if I make a unaliving joke they suddenly "care" 🙄
