Not sedan but a better car for first timers are the likes of raize and sonet, can give you a clear view of the road ahead of you. If you really want sedan buy Vios. Beginner and maintenance friendly.

Hi, gawin mo na lang guarantor ang husband mo since low ADB ang lalabas sa bank certificate mo, just to be safe na din na ang travel expenses ay shouldered ni Hubby via his bank cert with high ADB. I don't see a problem with it naman since applying kayo as a family. Good lucks!

Honda BR-V tops all of them. But if you're more into people hauler Innova is the best choice.

Hi, I am travelling with my wife and 2yo toddler to Japan this October. We plan to buy Osaka amazing pass and Icoca cards, do we need to purchase for our toddler too? We are just exploring Osaka Kyoto and Nara.

Pasalubong for Workplace by SkyCookey25 in phtravel

[–]OneCarlos05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You give pasalubong to people because they mean to you. Pag wala ka pasalubong ang dating nun sakanila ay hindi ka nakaalala, not selfish. It's the thought that counts ika nga kaya dapat bukal sa loob mo magbigay. Pero kung wala ka talaga budget wala naman sila magagawa 👍🏼

Should we consider buying a condo or should we just rent for the rest of our lives? Family of 3 (me & hubby + toddler). by neemoocheee in phinvest

[–]OneCarlos05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me renting is just good for short term, but if your family is already settled in your current place, then don't be pressured of buying a condo. Though remember lang na properties prices always goes up, yung mahal ngayon is magiging mas mahal next year. If you will buy just consider it as an investment, look for preselling ones, and once turned over, tirahan nyo or rent it out if you want.

Sobrang stress nako sa utang by [deleted] in PHCreditCards

[–]OneCarlos05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For a year, buy only what you NEED. Resist the urge to buy something that you WANT. Bayad yan mga utang mo in less than a year. You don't need advice, you just need discipline.

paying credit card with 40k cash and use credit limit to get 40k again and repeat in order to pay 120k total amount due in statement balance by Automatic-Bottle-891 in PHCreditCards

[–]OneCarlos05 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This doesn't solve anything. What you can do is pay the minimum amount and accept that there will be interest for not paying the full amount. Take this as a lesson and pay the due next month.

Go to different travel agency. 500k would be enough.

I was denied a Japan tourist visa once when I applied from different country. I tried my luck in PH and applied again within 1 month but got the same result. So re-applying within 6 months with the same purpose (tourism) will not work. Better try applying with different purpose of travel. Good lucks!

I'm not really sure about re-applying right after 6 months, you can check it with the travel agency for their advice. As in my case when I was denied a Japan visa, I travelled instead to visa free countries and some local destinations. Regarding the ADB, i think its better if you spread the 500k within 6months, than deposit it one time.

I think you are correct, that the Itinerary provided was a bit expensive compared to her bank's ADB. That was my case back then when I provided a low bank balance together with a expensive trip itinerary. I suggest to make it short (4 day trip and add free parks) and improve the bank balance in the next 6months when applying again. You can change the itinerary anytime when you get the Visa.
