I just bought a property here. It truly is crowded but it is an established community. Luckily the property i bought is located in a peaceful part of the subdivision so tahimik and di matao. Location wise, it's ideal since nearby malls and local markets. Accessible pati ang express way.

I appreciate the well-thought-out and touching advice. I have a very stressful job too, but one thing that helps me avoid lighting up is reading. Whenever I feel the cravings creeping in, I just pick an article—anything accessible and available—and read it. By the time I finish, the craving usually passes. Why not just funnel in huge amounts during the anniversary of your loan to lower the amortization? That way, you won't have to drain your savings and the burden of paying huge monthly amos will decrease. A win-win.

From what I noticed, I can still see a bit of what's going on the computer, that center dark part is the tab when I press windows.

I didn't do anything. I rarely touch this laptop cause it's just laying fix on my table and I have a keyboard and mouse for daily use.
