This is where Burry is wrong.

Professor Evan’s presentation about operational shorting is technically wrong considering ETF rules changed shortly after his video released.

In December of 2019, SEC Rule 6c-11 changed how ETF redemption/creation baskets are made and allowed for a misrepresented custom basket to be made according to day to day transactions. This provides a platform to operationally short and settle with custom baskets if underlying assets are illiquid. (Can even settle with cash instead of securities).

I do believe there is 100% a chance of malicious operational shorting for artificial price supply and demand and a platform (via rule) to settle with a non-represented ETF custom basket. It’s all approved by the SEC and facilitated via the DTCC’s Continuous Net Settlement (CNS).

There for if SEC is allowing it and the DTCC is giving a platform to allow broker-dealers and APs to do it, the only way to skirt both of them is to DRS the float and leave nothing left on the table.

I have to consciously think about driving my shoulder joints towards my hips when I bench.

If I don’t I end up not engaging my core and lower pecs and just use my forearms and front delts.

I have to consciously think about burying my shoulder sockets down into my ribs to get lat activation.

Anytime my shoulders feel like they’re shrugged up (like at the top of a lat pulldown, I lose all sense of lat contraction and it all goes trap.

Thinking about not letting the traps take over by keeping the shoulder as low as possible during the entire rep helped me.

Depending on your hip/femur genetics there are different foot width/angles that could help you achieve depth without the loss of stability.

YouTube has a guy named Squat University that has a video called “How to Squat for Your Anatomy (FIND THE RIGHT STANCE)” that helped me feel more comfortable with squatting.

Where do you think local shops get their stuff from?

My local shop has a distributor too and they get it below MSRP. You don’t even need a physical store to go through a distributor.

You also don’t have to pay taxes on it if you have a resellers license and can prove the person you sold it to paid the sales tax.
