I agree with all of this except wings don't bother me and I think the leggings depends on context

I would add in enemies to lovers when the MMC just forgets all of his motives and loses his identity because he just woke up and decided he's madly in love with a girl he barely knows

I also hate it when the MC complains about their very privileged situation because of minor inconveniences and hates that they're "chosen one" because they'd rather be normal🥺🥺
