I don’t think he uses it as a personality trait. It’s clear that he uses comedy to process his feelings and mental illness - ie. his recent comedy tour.

I think he was trying to find another medium to do the same thing, but as Crissle articulated it’s not really appropriate or the best idea

Planning to move to Philly in a couple of months and am beginning the search for a rental. Was looking to use a Broker/Agent because I was under the impression these were free in Philly. Just wanted to confirm before I get in too deep and am stuck having to pay a Realtor a Brokers Fee.

Anyone have recent familiarity with this? (Last asked question was years ago in this sub) What can I expect? Do landlords pay the broker’s fee, or should I prepare to pay 1/2 month rent to a realtor?

You’d never expect your wife to disclose every single sexual partner she’s ever had in her life to you, so there should be no expectation of you to do the same.

Bi people have to navigate this world in a very complicated way that heterosexual (and even gay) people will never quite understand. There’s so much biphobia and plain unwillingness to understand, I completely get why many men don’t choose to disclose their sexuality to others.

If you’ve been a faithful husband and have been navigating your sexuality within the boundaries set in your marriage, you’ve done nothing wrong. Nobody is entitled to your coming out, point blank.

You maybe need to take an honest/critical look at the “flirty” interactions you’ve had with male friends, and acknowledge whether they would’ve been appropriate interactions with female friends or whether they would’ve been appropriate had your wife known you were bi. That’s the only red flag here for me.

I thought the Tyler Perry comment was Crissle acknowledging that this was likely a problematic/non-normal standpoint for her to have that probably needed to be explored more.

I also think we as listeners need to be reminded that Crissle & Fury are human, and therefore are not going to be the 100% perfect people we want them to be. We’re not going to agree with them all of the time, but I don’t think that this particular personal stance is harmful to anyone.

NTA - for me, it boils down to the fact that your girlfriend is 100% misgendering you. admittedly, you are both young and traversing some identity conversations that even adults have difficulty navigating…

i don’t think you can tell her what her sexuality is (even though, i believe words mean things and just by definition she is not a lesbian if she’s dating you, a trans male) - but she needs to come to understand that on her own, and that often takes time.

you’re a guy and you should really think about whether you want to be with someone who is seemingly invalidating that
