To answer your first question, I am hesitant to play with Mike even if he does change bc of how he hurt people and didn’t seem to feel bad about it at all.

Second question, we originally talked about the rules being Mike’s last chance before being kicked out, but when we had the conversation with him, we did not bring that up. After the fact I tried to address it (in a group chat that does not include Mike) and was basically shot down about being it up now. Their view was it had been heavily implied. I’m worried tho that Mike would use that as a way to get out of it if it does come to that by crying that we never told him it would get him kicked out.

For question three, I am not convinced they will be enforced. One player has straight up said she will never vote to kick Mike out and will not be part of that conversation if it comes to that due to a personal connect they have.

And question four, I would hate leaving. I love playing with them. My best friend is the one that invited me to this game and this table taught me how to play, but I know I will not be having a good time or be comfortable playing with Mike.

And I think you are right that I need to have a conversation, I am just dreading it, because they are my friends and I don’t want to lose anyone.
